MY GLAZING SKILL!!

when i glaze all of my works, i first painted wax resistant on the foot of the every works.. 

because when works are fired, it could be stick..

after 20minutes, i started to glaze works!!

sometime, i used 2 colors~~

as you see my piece, first i dig my piece in the white glazing color..

and i draw the flower shape on the work using another color..

This work is my creative work..

I like Pitch color of the glazing colors!! 

THIS IS MY BLOCK POT!! 

It is really nice! 

to make this block pot, I cut the middle of the clay.

And i digged inside of the clay using a ceramic tools!! 

inside of the block pot, i made 2 space to put something!! 

I am using the block pot very well!!~~~~~

THIS IS MY ANOTHER CREATIVE SLAB CONSTRUCTION!!

After learned how to make the slab piece, i made several slab constructions!!

of the slab constructions, i like this slab construction....

actually, it is not really pretty.. 

but!! i like this color.. 

i used pitch glazing color in the studio..!!! 

 I made 3 slices of the slab, and stick together.

  

Inside and outside of this piece are colored differently.

THIS IS MY COIL CONSTRUCTION!!

It can make easily!!

In the studio, there is machine which make coil.

To make a coil, first I made clay and put it in the making a coil machine.

Before raising the coil, I made bottom of the coil construction like a circle.

And I put the coils on the side of the circular bottom and raise the coils.

After put the coils everything, I made an outside surface of the coil construction smoothly using a brush.

I think that using a coil is the easiest skill.

This is my teapot pieces~

I think making teapot pieces is the most hardest works to make than any other pieces~

I tried to make this works cute and pretty~

BUT!!!!!!!!!!!

It looks not really pretty LLL

Actually, I decorated this teapot sets using toothbrush.

But decorations are disappeared after fired in the kiln…….

Do you think it is okay??

MY CREATIVE WORK! 

I made this piece during spring break!

First time, I don’t have any idea to make

So, I just try to make anything that I can just use.

While thinking, I got idea.

So, I tried to make this piece.

After I fired in the kiln, I glazed using new technique!

Mr. Wonenburg taught me how to decorate this piece! ~

First, I dipped the piece in the while dye.

And then, I decorated this outside surface of the piece using the toothbrush with black dye.

THIS IS MY FIRST SLAB PIECE!

When I learned about how to make the slab piece, I made this work!

It is not really big or tall…

But it is sooooooo~ nice!

This is one of the best pieces that I made during semester~

First, I made 3 slices of the slab, and stick together.

Oh! Before sticking together, I stamped each one surface of the 3 slices using a coral.

Then, it become looks triangle~ 

When I glaze this piece, I used two different colors.

Inside and outside of this piece are colored differently.

I like this colors and shape~ haha~ 

This is my creative work!

I just want to make a something that I can put this on the desk.

First, I made a slab such as rectangle.

And I stick the 4 small and long slabs to the each side of the rectangle slab.

On the top of the slabs, I decorated using the coil.

I roll in the lateral side of the slab.

When I glaze this piece, I actually used two different colors!

But now, it looks only one color…..

Anyway~

 I like this color and shape of the piece!

HA HA! THIS IS MY MY COIL+ SLAB PIECE!

First, I made 3 side of slab and attached together. 

I made this piece very tall! 

Its height is over the 11 inch. 

After attached and stood up, I cut and made the holes in the middle of the each side of the slab. 

I took it out the cut part and I put the coil into the space. 

When I put the coil into the space, It stick the coil anywhere in the space of the slab. 

After it is fired, I glazed my 10inch slab+coil piece. 

I used 2 colors!
